CORE IT will be providing employees to meet identified requirements wherever possible. We believe that employee based services offer the following:
- High quality resources
- Immediate deployment
- Stability and loyalty
- Dedication to the task-at-hand
- Access to internal training
Retaining Staff Resources
CORE IT has established one of the highest retention rates in the industry. We have accomplished this by offering many incentives, including an Employee Benefits Program that addresses the needs of CORE IT employees and their families. Other incentives include but are not limited to the following:
- Positive Work Place Attitude
CORE IT prides itself on the creation and maintenance of a positive work place attitude. There is a real sense of "team" and working together. This attitude, established by the founding partners, has continued to this day. Employees typically work extra hours and put in extra effort to ensure project deliverables and milestones are met.
- Competitive Remuneration
CORE IT rewards employees with regular salary increases and performance based incentive opportunities.
- Employee Orientation Program
Our new employee policy and procedure manual explicitly outlines all internal systems, processes, procedures, security access codes, passes and so on. This 35-page document is available to all employees.
- Employee Training
CORE IT understands that technology is an ever-changing marketplace. With this in mind, the CORE IT training program is comprised of both group training seminars and individually tailored training packages that cover a broad range of both hard and soft skills. CORE IT continues to provide technical training to employees once they have commenced a project to ensure that their skills remain current.
- Empowerment and Inclusion
We believe that a large factor in creating a positive work place environment is the inclusion of all levels of employees in key decision-making processes. Management continues to consult with appropriate groups to ensure key decisions are made and supported as much as possible.
- Performance Reviews
An in-depth review is conducted after the initial three (3) months of service. The review confirms that the employee is happy, productive, and a good fit in the environment. All employees receive an annual review normally conducted on or close to their anniversary date. In addition to a review and rating of the past year's performance, the review process establishes performance and personal development goals for the coming year.
- Regular Communication
When CORE IT employees are working on a specific project or assignment for a client, regular satisfaction reviews are scheduled. The CORE IT point of contact will meet or regularly contact the client authority to determine satisfaction with the project and specifically with the resource being provided by CORE IT. CORE IT Resource Managers will also meet regularly with the employee or contractor providing services to ensure that any issues or concerns are dealt with immediately and in a professional and proactive manner.
