The ability to provide resources in a timely and accurate manner is under the direction and control of the Director of Sales and Marketing. The key point of contact for any projects entered into is Alexis R. Williamson, Director of Sales and Marketing for CORE IT Information Technology Consultants Ltd. Alexis is also responsible for Service Management Delivery, and as such, will manage the quality assurance functions of service delivery according to the principles of Quality Management and the Terms and Conditions of the contract. Alexis is well versed in the principles of Best Practices and is trained in ITIL Foundations in IT Service Management Essentials. When a new opportunity is identified and resources are required, the Service Delivery Team is engaged in accordance with the CORE IT Human Resourcing Plan. Each new opportunity is assigned an Account Manager to interface with the client and a Resource Manager to be responsible for the identification of potential resources to fill the requirement ensuring a successful fulfillment of the client's expectations.
