CORE IT Corrective Action Process
The Performance Management program is designed to measure, adjust, and complete all projects or consultancy undertakings in a timely and accurate manner. It is a top priority of the Director of Sales and Marketing to ensure that resources working on the project and the clients involved both have a positive experience related to the project and a successful deliverable is achieved. This is accomplished by the following:

    -   Account Manager
    -   Resource Manager
    -   Director Sales and Marketing
    -   VP Delivery Services
    -   Chief Technology Officer
    -   President and Chief Executive Officer

  • Internal Quality Management CORE IT's commitment to quality begins at the executive level. Members of the senior management team regularly explore operating efficiencies and client satisfaction through surveys, focus groups, internal process audits, employee skills assessments, and employee input. The Director of Sales and Marketing is tasked with tracking and reviewing quality control indicators such as the following:

    -   Candidates presented per job order
    -   Interviews per client request
    -   Interviews per offer of employment
    -   Offers per signed contract
    -   Renewal rates (for contractors)
    -   Performance assessments
