Wherever
possible CORE IT will provide its own employees to meet requirements identified
by the client. In those cases where it is not possible to provide an employee
based response, CORE IT will enter into subcontracting arrangements with
resources that have been qualified following our internal Human Resourcing plan
outlined below. We have provided a brief online description of how CORE IT will
ensure quality resources are provided in an employee based environment, and in
a subcontracting arrangement.
