This program can be customized to suit virtually any need and will include elements such as the following:
- Regularly scheduled review meetings
- Full reporting of performance metrics
- Engagement reviews
- Exit interviews
Typically CORE IT establishes escalation procedures and problem resolution protocols that are client specific and include a central point of contact and an executive sponsor.
