The CORE consultant was responsible to act as the lead change management authority for the organization for the “Member First Project”. Responsibilities included managing the change process throughout the life of the project and being the primary change management adviser for the CEO. The consultant assisted the Managing Directors with effective management of change in areas affected by the introduction of new business practices and business systems.
Services Included:
- Assisted the project team in defining and establishing effective methods of
communication in support of the Charter and change
management plan, specifically related to human resources polices and procedures.
- Mentored and advised the project team to help develop and deliver an
appropriate change management strategy to secure and retain
buy-in of all CMPA employees and other stakeholders.
- Provided executive level guidance to the CEO and Senior
Management Committee on the overall organizational structure and
interrelationships between departments.
- Provided guidance and expertise to managers in four departments
on the new organizational structure for their department.
- Assisted the project team in developing and maintaining, as required,
a change management plan in support of the Members First Project
Charter, including the preparation and delivery options available for
staff training.
