The following skill sets are required for this position:

• Experience with Cognos 8 BI suite. Able to administer, model, and leverage the use of its analytical, reporting scorecarding, dashboarding capabilities.
• A bachelor’s degree or relevant advanced degree in IT preferred.
• 3 or more years of related experience in data warehouse and data mart architecting, designing, and modeling of data.
• 5 or more years of proficiency with the Cognos BI suite.
• Experience with relational and multi-dimensional (OLAP) data modeling.
• Experience in ETL design and development. Experience with a variety of ETL tools. MS SSIS, DataManager, Informatica
• Proficient in the use of SQL.
• Ability to lead with minimal management supervision.
• Outstanding interpersonal communication and written skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
• Exprience migration Cognos 7 to Cognos 8 a definate asset
