The following skill sets are required for this position:

• 3 years experience as Web Developer, 6 years IT experience
• 1 year experience managing Web services, site structure, security and content in a 50+ users environment
• experience in designing and implementing Web portals or integrating user tools and data access thru a single interface
• C++, Java, XML
