The following skill sets are required for this position:

• University degree (IT and accounting designation a strong asset)
• Proven experience creating product specifications for application development
• Solid knowledge/ability to offer advice in the design of software applications
• Previous experience with Change Management
• Project Management experience including ability to use, with ease various project reporting tools
• Process oriented with above average ability to prioritize, lead and delegate
• Solutions oriented with a solid understanding of cost benefit analysis
• Excellent English communication skills (French would be considered a strong asset)
• Strong Leader/Mentor with demonstrated ability to liaise at a Senior Executive Level
• 8-10 years work experience in the Information Technology industry
